You know that feeling when you wake up and find that the weather is turning colder? Then it's time to create a warm and cosy space for you, your family, friends and visitors. After all, what good is the warmth of summer without the cold of winter to give it sweetness? Personally I love the colours of Autumn, the crackle in the air when Halloween is upon us and as for Christmas..! Lots of people dislike January and February but I see these months as time to learn new things, try new recipes and to slow down a little bit - just as the Earth sleeps.
